Swallowtail Overlook accommodates eight people comfortably. The house consists of four bedrooms and two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, dining area, living room with a sitting room on the second level. The house has a full size washer and dryer, outdoor furniture and a gas grill.

Main level master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite access to the full, main level bathroom with tub/shower.

Second level master bedroom has a queen size bed, and access to 2nd level bathroom with double vanity.

Over looking Pettes cove and the Swallowtail Lighthouse, this room offers two twin beds with access to 2nd level bathroom.
